This large mixed-use design sits in a perfect spot in Lawrenceville, GA. It consists of 360+ apartment units that also include some larger live/work style units to rent. There will be a series of leasing, amenity, and retail buildings that accompany the apartment buildings.
We wanted to take a shot at rethinking your typical boilerplate garden style apartments with this one. We’ve all seen the alternating gables and lap siding that give off that uber suburban vibe. We felt that we could bring in some industrial elements that create a more unique experience.
The project will sit on a few hundred acres, include five residential buildings, eight garages, two amenity buildings, and five retail buildings.
