Hotel to Multifamily Renovation
This hotel needed a little life breathed into it, and that’s exactly what we did. The local community was excited to see this transformation and welcomed the idea of more apartments.
Each room, as well as the exterior, takes on a new mid-century vibe that’s refreshing and welcoming with the porte cochere being the focal point of the renovation.
This renovation is another example of not giving up on a property based on it’s current condition. With a little care and thought, an eyesore can turn into something great!
