This fun office/light-industrial and retail project took shape by placing three stand-alone buildings on a site in the popular and growing Milton, Georgia.
It made sense to design these structures as pre-engineered metal buildings due to their size, shape, and scale, but that doesn’t mean they have to look like typical pre-engineered metal buildings. We gave them some extra detailing, higher end materials, and what you’re left with are a series of buildings that are appealing to potential tenants.
The three buildings are comprised of two identical double-height volume buildings that allow for mezzanines and a single-story retail shell that will be catered towards a restaurant tenant.
