This historic duplex located on the first stretch of BeltLine in Atlanta’s West End neighborhood had been converted to a single family home by a previous owner. Much of the original interior walls and details had been lost over time.

We helped the current owners, who purchased the property in 2020, develop a sensitive design to rehab the property for modern living. Unlike many properties in the area, this ain’t a flip; meaning this will be our clients’ full time residence for years to come.

Approved by the Historic Preservation Commission in December 2020. Construction completed November 2021.
