Type IIB Ground-Up Retail
Our client came to us and needed help with not only the interior build-out for their latest jewelry store location, but also wanted us to assist with their first ground-up location.
The program calls for a total of 7,500 SF of ground up construction with the interior space broken out into two tenants. The larger tenant will be operated by our client and owner while the smaller space will be constructed as a white-box shell that will be a future tenant (most likely a watch designer or other jewelry designer).
The design takes on a double-façade which creates a nice but subtle depth to the exterior design, allowing the storefronts to really be framed. Hits of horizontal plank siding break up the brick in important parts of the exterior.
The interior creates a warm and welcoming experience by utilizing wood accents and dynamic lighting. The store layout flows smoothly due to the overall symmetry of the case layouts and other programs. The bar offers a unique touch for clients as they work their way around the store.
