Office Tower Renovation

Hapeville, GA
Mixed Use

Our client came to us with an existing office tower that needed not only a rebrand, but also a breath of fresh air. The existing, 14-story tower, has amazing bones and potential, it just needed someone to help bring life back into it.

We wanted to create a sense of community with the tower being the flagship icon for the eventual master planned community. The exterior takes on a timeless industrial aesthetic while the new interior gives off quite the hospitality vibes.

The ground level consists of a renovated lobby, amenity areas, and the coolest part of the design which is the rear one-story structure that we decided to blow through the middle and expose an exterior corridor that will be turned into a series of small boutique restaurants and retail shops. The middle floors are all dedicated to Class A commercial office space. The rooftop is perhaps the most dynamic piece of the puzzle, which clearly needed to be turned into a bar & restaurant concept to really set off the best views of Atlanta in the surrounding area.

This project is currently in the conceptual design and planning phase.
