Kingston Mixed-Use

Kingston, NY

We are excited to design our first project in New York. Our client owns a large brown-field property located 90 miles north of New York city. The master plan calls for over 800 apartment units, multiple retail buildings, quite a few adaptive reuse buildings, warehouses, and other amenities.

The first phase consists of over 100 apartments, three retail buildings, a visitor center, and an apartment amenity building. Our design concept is inspired by the site’s previous owner and corporate entity that left the local economy ruined in the mid 1990s. We wanted to show off a design inspired by revitalization and revival of the site. The mix of historic architecture combined with a modern steel/glass aesthetic ties the two eras together.

We are thrilled to help bring new life to a great area of New York and really bring a new energy to the town.

This project is currently in the schematic design phase.
