Brunswick Square

Brunswick, GA

An adaptive use and urban infill development, this project consists of the cosmetic rehabilitation of the existing building’s façade including minor structural modifications to the exterior skin (new signage, building entrances, storefronts and canopies) to modernize the property and attract future commercial tenants.

A new 50-unit multifamily building and leasing office will be located in the existing surface parking lot at the rear of the property.

Demolition of an existing bank teller building at the corner of Monck and Richmond Street will make way for outdoor residential amenities and community greenspace to establish a connection to the network of historic squares which define the character of Downtown Brunswick. These historic squares and alleys are part of a larger English grid system called the Oglethorpe Plan, as established in laying out the City of Savannah.

This project is currently in the design development phase.
