92 Thompson Street

North Atlanta
Residential

This project takes for-sale residential units and elevates them to a high-end design suited for a prominent suburb 20 miles north of Atlanta.

The program includes five for-sale units over twenty parking spaces at the basement level. The lower units average 4,000 SF with the upper unit totaling 8,000 SF.

The design style is a nod towards the traditional Tudor aesthetic and really strives to show this building as one large residential unit instead of it being multiple units. The pitched gables give off the look that structure is more of a two and a half level building and not a full three levels.

The rear of the property sits up against a creek and will be completely updated to include a much nicer amenity package and feel for the neighborhood.

We were asked to design conceptual interior renderings that includes what a typical unit could look like. The style takes on a “modern mid-century” vibe with a little Tudor thrown in there. The lobby leans towards a more traditional luxury aesthetic.

This project is currently in for rezoning and design review and is expected to begin construction early 2023.
