The Blvd @ Grant Park

Atlanta, GA
Type IIIA over IA - Mixed Use Apartments

This mixed-use apartment project resides at a major intersection of Atlanta’s rapidly growing BeltLine trail just south of the historic Grant Park neighborhood.

Consisting of 323 apartments that sit atop two cast-in-place concrete parking levels (mostly underground), 1015 Blvd brings a vibrant feel to this neighborhood. The design draws inspiration from Grant Park’s architecture and brings a fresh live/work concept to the area. The focal point is at the intersection of Boulevard and the BeltLine with space for an anchor retail tenant.

This project’s design is split in two by a sloped chimney element that pays tribute to the industrial buildings previously on the site. The language at Boulevard has more of an industrial feel, while the language on the other side of the chimney includes a much more residential vibe.

Completed while employed by Brock Hudgins Architects as the Project Manager.
