This residential project really exemplifies a newer “urban coastal” design. The overall property was sub-divided into 25 separate lots that are narrower than your typical residential property. The program was achieved by going the full height that was allowed by the building code and the jurisdiction.
Each house can have a different design aesthetic achieved by changing the colors, exterior materials, windows, etc. to break up the density of the overall project. In some cases, the lots are large enough to include a plunge pool for the residents. Perhaps the most attractive part of the design is the rooftop terrace that allows for gathering but also will have an incredible view of the ocean.
Although a very dense site, these homes bring a unique breath of fresh air each with the coastal and relaxed vibes.
