These custom homes will be located in a newly established neighborhood on St. Simons Island for which we provided master planning and full architectural services.

We are currently in the first phase of design for each custom residence.

Each home will feature approximately 2,500 to 3,000 square feet of heated living space, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with master on the main and ample outdoor living.
