This large mixed-use project contains multiple sites along one of the main arteries of a northeastern suburb of Atlanta called Duluth. The concept challenges the norm in Duluth and aims to bring a new and unique project to the growing town.
Each structure brings a different program to the overall density that includes flats, apartments, office, retail, and restaurant. There are multiple parking options with an underground podium and above ground pre-cast deck.
The architecture is heavily influenced by the industrial history of Duluth as well as the rail line presence along the entire rear side of the project. Among many goals with this project is to create a new wholistic experience for patrons and residents that Duluth does not currently have. We’re excited and hopeful this project moves forward sooner than later!
