Hotel to Multifamily Renovation
The well known existing hotel needed a breath of fresh air, so our client asked us to deliver. This project made it through the rezoning process and is now in the full design phase.
The existing hotel is 150+ units of ~300 SF each with an assortment of options spread around the building. Existing rooms were turned into apartment units with the addition of a kitchen area and refurbished appliances with finish updates.
We are excited to help bring this building back to life with affordable housing options for College Park and Atlanta.
